I’m Joseph Bershad, a certified functional nutrition coach & culinarian based out of Baltimore, MD seeing clients in person and virtually.
I offer nutrition, lifestyle & wellness coaching programs teaching men & women who have struggled with chronic health issues how to choose the best foods & lifestyles to reach a greater state of health!
I help driven individuals just like you optimize your health.
I know what you are dealing with as I’ve been in your shoes before on my own dynamic health journey.
I’ve suffered with chronic digestive issues, brain fog, muscle and joint pain for years and searched high and low to regain my health to be able to feel like I used to.
I was able to do this by working with the right practitioners who dove into finding out my WHY or root cause of my symptoms.
By implementing a diet right for me and using the proper tactics around hydration, sleep, stress management and exercise, I can tell you that I am in a much better place now vs where I was before.
