Only 4 more days to go until New Year’s Eve!

What a year it’s been for all of us.

At this time of year, it’s always a great idea to sit back and reflect upon what’s been positive as well as negative in your life.

Think about how you’ve grown as a person from both of these avenues and where would you like 2023 to take you.

For me, I’m excited to see where 2023 will lead especially as it relates to being able to continue helping all of you to regain control back over your health.

It’s been an amazing adventure for me working with my clients and seeing their health improve by implementing diet and lifestyle changes.

I’d say that the biggest positive has been seeing most of my clients being able to come off of medication for metabolic conditions under their doctor’s care by following my program and coaching.

Now that speaks so much about food really being medicine!

Making new year’s resolutions can be challenging to come up with ones that are meaningful and purposeful for you.

Here are some great ideas to help kickstart your new year’s resolutions that can benefit all of us:

  1. More Moving, Less sitting
  2. More Being, Less Doing
  3. More Slow, Less Hurry
  4. More Outdoors, Less Indoors
  5. More Smiles, Less Anger
  6. More Eating In, Less Eating Out
  7. More Letting Go, Less Holding On
  8. More Relation, Less Isolation
  9. More Music, Less Noise
  10. More Gratitude, Less Attitude

Tomorrow I’ll share some other ideas around new years resolutions to help make this task less daunting.
