Antioxidants: Spices, herbs, berries & dark chocolate
Lean Protein: Chicken, turkey, grass fed beef, tofu & beans
Nuts: Brazil nuts, walnuts, macadamia & pumpkin seeds
Fiber: Lentils, spinach, butternut squash, apples & pears
Fish: Salmon, sardines, trout, anchovies & rockfish
Ferments: Yogurt, kombucha, kefir, kimchee & miso
Oils: Extra virgin olive, pumpkin seed, avocado & grass fed butter
Omega 3’s: Chia, flax, hemp, salmon & walnuts
Dairy: Grass feed cow, sheep or goat milk, Greek yogurt & kefir
Spices: Turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper & cumin
