Chock full of herbs d’ Provence roasted spaghetti squash, fresh zucchini zoodles, pasture-raised eggs, real Parmesan cheese, ground flax seeds, fresh basil & grass-fed butter.

What’s not to like here????

Full of quality protein, fiber, healthy carbs & quality fats that will help you to kick your inflammation to the curb.

Feel free to add some shredded leftover turkey on top too.

Recipe (Serves 2 – feel free to increase to feed more)

1). In a bowl, mix together the spaghetti squash, zucchini, eggs, Parmesan, flax, fresh basil, salt & pepper until homogenous

2). Heat up a non-stick skillet over low to medium heat

3). Add butter to the skillet

4). Once melted (and not brown) add the egg mixture to the pan

5). Push the edges down with a spatula

6). Use the spatula and push the pancake around so that it browns evenly

7). Once the bottom has browned, place a plate atop the pancake in the pan

8). Invert the pancake onto the plate

9). Slide the pancake off the plate and put it back into the pan to let the other side cook

10). Continue to cook until the bottom is brown and crispy

11). Remove from the pan

12). Top with any of the following: labnehGreek yogurt, spicy hummuspesto, fresh basil or mint, or mesclun greens
