Here’s a great recipe that focuses on a regeneratively sourced ground ancestral beef blend from Force of Nature that includes beef, liver & heart at just the right ratios so that it does not taste like liver.

Adding in the heart & liver, give you extra methylation power by providing you with iron, b vitamins & zinc which assista your immune system and in turn supports your anti-inflammatory health.

The curry, cumin, ginger, black pepper, greens, cilantro & mint add in additional antioxidant support to help with inflammation too.

The more we can prevent inflammation, the better our overall health will be.

I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do.
