From their work, they denote that within 3-6 months, most men have been able to reverse their hormonal issues with just diet and lifestyle changes and feel amazing!

Main points to look at:

*MUST focus on stress management (meditation, yoga, breathing work, etc…)

*Look to have a strong sense of community

*Clean diet like an anti-inflammatory Mediterranean-based diet with with lots of leafy greens, quality fats, fatty fish, low glycemic fruits, high quality proteins, etc…
