Peppermint: Menthol reduces fatigue

2). Mood:
Lentils: Low on the glycemic index which stabilizes blood sugar
Nuts: High in magnesium and selenium which stabilize your mood
Seeds: High in omega fatty acids & tryptophan which calms

3). Anti-Anxiety: (Destress ingredients)
Broccoli: High in B-vitamins, selenium & vitamin C
Bananas: High in potassium & promote serotonin production
Brown rice: High in manganese & promote serotonin production

4). Cognitive Health:
Fatty fish: High in omega-3 fatty acids which feeds your brain
Sunflower seeds:High in magnesium & vitamin E
