1). Eat foods that enhance your thermal burning of calories, which will in turn speed up your metabolism.

*Water (drink 16 oz at a time)

*Spices (target 1/4 teaspoon per day)

Cinnamon

Ginger

Turmeric

Cayenne

2). Build more lean muscle by eating the right amount of protein plus incorporating both weight resistance & high intensity interval training. By doing these, it will increase the thermic effect of your food & burn more calories.

3). Get more movement during the day above & beyond exercising. Clean the house, park further away, take short walks, do yard work & take the stairs. This extra movement can account for up to 15% of your daily calorie burn.

4). Optimize your sugar metabolism by getting good quality & quantity of sleep, reduce stress, eat more soluble fiber, limit your sugar intake &balance your plate with health fats, fiber & protein.
