Want to know what’s the best way to eat to promote optimum health & wellness that will have you feeling your best in no time?

If you follow these simple rules for any meal or snack that you eat, you’ll be off to a phenomenal start.

Sharing some examples of what would be included, with the list being far from conclusive.

1/2 plate of non starchy vegetables
*Kale, spinach, Brussel spouts, asparagus, artichokes

1/4 plate or 3-5 oz of clean high quality protein
*Organic chicken & eggs, grass fed beef & pork, wild caught fish

1/8th plate of starchy vegetables
*Carrots, winter squash, sweet potato, beans, beets, parsnips

1/8th plate or 1-2 tablespoons of healthy fats
*Extra virgin olive oil, olives, avocados, dark chocolate

½ cup low glycemic fruit (2x/day)
*Raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, lemons

Filtered water
*Ideally you want to drink 1/2 your body weight in fl oz per day

Don’t worry about counting calories here.

Let your body tell you what it needs.

Focus on eating until you are 80% full (ie not bloated) & you’ll be on the mark!

If you are still hungry after eating one full plate, then you can continue on eating as much as you’d like of non starchy vegetables til you hit the 80% full target.
