Do you suffer from any of the following after eating?:

*Gas
*Bloating
*Belching
*Stomach pain
*Constipation
*Diarrhea

If so, one reason may be that you may have low stomach acid production.

Here’s a simple test to see:

*Before eating breakfast, take 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda &
mix it into 4 oz of water. Drink this all at once & then start a timer.

*If you burp within 2-3 minutes, your stomach acid is normal.
*If you burp between 3-5 minutes, your stomach acid is moderate.
*If you don’t burp after 5 minutes, you probably have low stomach acid.

If your stomach acid is low, try out these tips to help improve your levels, which will hopefully help your digestive woes:

*Add 1 teaspoon up to 2 tablespoons of Dr Bragg’s apple cider vinegar to 8 oz of water & drink 30 minutes before each meal. Start low and work your way up. You’ll know you’ve taken too much if you feel like you have acid reflux. Back it down to the last dose that did not cause any issues.

*Take 1-2 sprays of digestive bitters 30 minutes before each meal like: https://www.quicksilverscientific.com/all…/bitters-no-9/

*Eat fermented foods like pickles, sauerkraut, kimchi & yogurt during each meal.

*Drink organic ginger or fennel seed tea. Use two teabags, let steep 10 minutes before drinking. Drink after your meal.

*Limit spicy, fatty & highly processed foods

So go ahead and give these a try & let me know if it works or if you have any questions.
