Over the last week, I’ve shared my foundational belief as to what I believe to be the major cause of most of today’s health concerns.

If you peel back the layers of the onion, these can be rooted to chronic inflammation or an overactive immune system.

When this process starts up, the body goes into hyperdrive and a cascade of negative responses begin.

Over time if you don’t address these, it can then lead to:

  • Digestive issues (bloating, gas, cramps, diarrhea & constipation)
  • Weight gain
  • Memory concerns (poor recall, retention issues, brain fog & problems focusing)

As these progressively get worse, the more you’ll want to crawl up in a ball and hide from life and stop doing what you love to do.

Based upon current research, the cause of this inflammatory response can be linked to:

  • Improper nutrition
  • Not hydrating correctly
  • Too much stress & not managing it correctly
  • Not enough high quality & quantity of sleep
  • Environmental toxins/stressors
  • Genetic predisposition

The good news is that all of this CAN be addressed and you CAN get your health back on track.

When you focus on implementing the right strategies to support these like eating the right foods, managing your stress, optimizing your sleep & removing stressors, your health will improve.
