Use a journal or an app to keep tabs of your efforts & reward yourself during the journey.

*Define your accountability

You don’t have to do this alone. Confide in a friend or family member. It’s always best to have someone to talk with to help you to succeed.

*Mistakes are ok, be patient & don’t get stressed

Learn from your mistakes & move forward. It’s all part of creating change.
