*Remove processed food & replace w/ nutrient dense whole foods
*Remove sugar & replace w/ berries or honey
*Remove processed oils & replace w/ extra virgin olive oil
*Remove gluten & replace w/ nut & seed flours
*Remove standard dairy & replace w/ goat or sheep dairy
