Using the functional nutrition coaching model approach allows us as coach & client to work together jointly to help you move from dysfunctional to functional.

Exercise: Defining what’s the best strategy to keep your muscle, joints & bones toned to help you stay strong & active for many years to come.
Hydration: Drinking the right amount of water for you, along with the right kind of water is so key to your health. When you keep your body properly hydrated, it operates the way it was designed to.
Stress Reduction: Stress in inevitable in today’s world. The key is to know what are the best tactics to help manage & reduce it. When you focus on the right habits, your sympathetic based hormones will become more in balance & allow your body to flourish.
Community: Having a sense of purpose & connection is such a fundamental factor that you can do for your overall health. Humans are social creatures & when we put our time & efforts into developing wonderful relationships, it truly helps us to thrive.
Sleep: Getting the right quality & quantity of sleep is so key to our health. When we focus on improving both of these with the right strategies, it allows our all of our bodies systems to align & work in harmony.
Mindfulness: When we map out & implement the best plan for you that focuses on how you see your inner self related to food, relationships & stress, your body will function more in tune to help you to live a long & happy life.
So you see it’s not just about what you eat, it’s about how you combine all of these factors together that will allow you to function to your best abilities.
When we do this, it will help lessen your symptoms & allow you to thrive.
