Step 2: One-On-One Three Month Master Program

***To Be Scheduled After Completing Your Discovery Call with Joseph***

This is my comprehensive program that will teach you my Mediterranean based anti-inflammatory eating and lifestyle skills to have you thriving again by giving your body what it truly needs to thrive.


Program Includes 7 total sessions:


  • 1, 2 hour session to review your intake form and present the program to you 
  • 6, 45 minute bi-weekly follow up sessions to review your progress on the program 


During the initial 2 hour consultation we will:

  • What you feel hasn’t
  • What your current lifestyle practices are


  • Review the in depth foundational plan that will teach you how to achieve your health goals and provide you with key areas of focus around diet and lifestyle modifications which will cover:

During the 6 x 45-minute sessions we will: 


  • Check in and review your progress on the program since our last session
  • Reassess your goals and strategies based upon what is and what is not working 
  • Continue teaching you my program

Work directly with Joseph during an in-home assessment of your kitchen, fridge, freezer, and pantry.

The goal of this project is to set you up for long term and sustainable success in your health journey. 


A well stocked kitchen is absolutely essential for maintaining quality health habits. 


In this effort, Joseph can help you get clear around what to keep stocked and what to toss, making the kitchen an exciting and health promoting environment for you and your family. 


Better understand what food items are nourishing you and what food items are best to toss and avoid. 


Ask questions about your go-to snacks and meal essentials and get the recommendations you need for substitutions.
